Follow your dreams: discover the creative pathway that’s right for you

Held in partnership with CultureDale, the Creative Pathways festival is your go-to event for discovering pathways into creative careers and practices. There’s more than one way to get into the arts, and that’s why we’re inviting young people to come to the Creative Pathways Festival. You’ll find out about career options, local opportunities and ways to develop your skills. This will be a jam-packed afternoon filled with stalls, a range of speakers and opportunities for advice and portfolio reviews from creative and cultural organisations from Calderdale.

Programme

This is more than just an event: it’s a chance for young people to explore their future creative potential in a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere.

  • Inspiring Speakers: Hear from professionals in the creative and cultural sectors. All talks are repeated twice - once in the main space, and then again in a more relaxed space, designed to be accessible for SEND young people.

  • Live Performances: Feel the rhythm and energy as young, local musicians take the stage.

  • Stalls and Networking: Meet industry leading & local organisations, practitioners, and explore new career pathways (that don't just focus on getting a degree!)

Let us know you’re coming
